Every time I eat here I know exactly why I go: to eat the best Bao in Europe. Okay let’s be less pretentious and just say France. But still... the dough of the bao is prepared every morning and when they cook it it’s fluffy, tender, soft, light... and all of the vocabulary associated could describe a cotton cloud who look like a teddy bear in the sky.
If you finish your visite with Notre Dame, don’t end inside a shitty tourist restaurant with frozen snails served by a grumpy staff. No no non!

First food stop in Paris! Stopped by yam’Tcha’s bao window for a couple of baos and dumplings. We shared a comte curry bao, pork eggplant bao, and some chicken and mushroom dumplings. After eating this, we headed down the street to Cafe lai’Tcha for lunch
