Is it believable to say that these two photos have pretty much the same weight variables, the only difference is the photo on the left has half the amount of solid muscle mass than the right.
Would it also be fair to say that the picture on the right is only 10 months worth of shoulder training as opposed to no shoulder training at all!!!! You bet you ass! I have run into so many obstacles already being only 3 months post show and yet I'm still managing to out on size and growth. I admit I havent been training as many times a week as I'd LOVE to lately but being able to hold onto that size and muscle mass has been manageable due to my job and my level of activity outside the gym. I'm currently sitting at 118 lbs and cant say that ita an aweful spot that I'm in. I've learnt so.many more things this last prep and this current offseason to know what to do and not do going into 2020s comp prep. I will be struggling with going into my nursing degree come 2020 as well as a few other things but I ALWAYS seem to make it work out.
