Sausage sambos for breakfast👍 Just by making little changes to a regular sausage sandwich will improve the nutritional value and keep you fuller for longer with a higher protein content 😊 And in my opinion tastes a lot better too 😉👍
➡Swap your white bread to brown bread (even better if you bake your own! I use my protein oatbread ) ➡ Use cottage cheese with a splash of Franks red hot instead of ketchup/butter
➡ Use Turkey sausages ➡Finally adding in some spinach for the greens👍💪
