My goal this month was to track my food everyday. I had a good little streak going until my wife and I had friends over for a BBQ this weekend... Let's just say I had too many crackers with cheese.....

The positive is that I'm still down 7 pounds this month. Imagine where I could be if I tracked better the past 3 days.....
Oh well. No better day than today to get back into the routine of tracking!!!
