One thing I love about pesto is how many greens you can squeeze inside of it. Usually eating a cup or two of nutrient-packed greens would take a lot of chewing!
I also like how open to interpretation pesto is - change up the nuts, swap in different greens, include add-ins like sundried tomatoes or artichoke hearts... The possibilities are endless! 🌱🌱🌱
