sometimes finding happiness and peace in life can be very hard, something i struggle with A LOT. it's easier said than done, but you have to IGNORE the negative thoughts and think of ALL the good. sometimes you might even have to distract yourself from them and that's okay. read a book, go for a walk/ the gym, ect. anything to keep those thoughts OUT OF YOUR HEAD. think of all the good you have in your life and only focus on that!! don't let the small things get to you and eat you up. don't let someone or something ruin your whole day or even just your mood.
