I love eating so why would I restrict myself. I don’t count calories or cry over cheat meals anymore I eat a plant based diet but still include animal products from respectable sources when I crave it. I try and make as much of an effort as I can to keep my body healthy and HAPPY! The food you eat changes who you are on a literal molecular basis so be mindful of that but also indulge a little because foods a gift!
