There’s days where I just want to stop, and give up. It’s a constant battle, mentally and physically. Just want to forget about the gym and be lazy. But then I met my boss Chris’s wells who is also a great friend, and tells me his stories and I see how fit he is and all his friends are overweight or fighting diabetes, or taking all kinds of pills to at least get by the day alive, all the while he’s over here killing it, at the gym, at work, and at life. Then I remember that I don’t want to live a life of what if, only if, and maybe if.So if you have felt the same way I have, it’s normal. The set backs are only temporary, do we really want all the hard work we have put in go to waste? Heck no!! So let’s keep killing it💪🏻 and be the best you
