Today my son and husband were playing basketball, and my son ran around the perimeter of the basketball court 8 times! Shout out to my son!πŸ’ͺπŸ½πŸ’™πŸ™ŒπŸΌ So I decided I would do it. I haven't ran or sprinted or anything in years so I am happy I even had the guts to try.
Being fat is one of those things that no matter what, I always feel like I am being judged. People always want to have an opinion about how you look, what u eat, and when u try to workout, they look and judge you for doing that too.
I have to really work on getting my mind right so I can push myself to do more and not give af about peoples opinion about me because as you can see I was tired and people were staring as they went by.

I did not put the weight on over night so I know it's not going to come off over night. But I am proud of myself and thought I would share.

What do you guys use as motivation to push yourself on your health journey? I'm just curious! ❀😁 SN: My husband is so awesome. He was right there cheering me on. He is so supportive!😍

@changingoneshakeatatime thank you so much. I use my son as my motivation too. I want to be around for him and watch him grow. Plus I want to just do it for myself. I have let myself go for to long. It's time to get it together. Also a 5k would be greatπŸ˜πŸ˜‰β€ - 8 months ago

Omg you go girl!!!!!!! You are gonna look back at this and be like LOOK AT ME NOW BOOM! keep going!!!! I use my kids as my motivation. I used to not be able to even play with them or sit on the floor without being in so much pain. After trying soooooo many things that did not work for me I finally found what did and a year ago started. I’m down now 78 lbs and I’m still in shock. I feel so amazing!!!!!! I am not a runner either hahha maybe one day we can run a 5k together!!!!!!!! 😘😘😘😘 keep it up mama!!!!! - 8 months ago

I always tell me clients instead of stepping on a scale, buy a pair of pants or dress (anything with a zipper) that’s your desirable size and work your way into fitting in to that. I call it β€œMotivational Attire”. It easier to lose inches more than it is to lose weight. And fitting into a pair of jeans that were once 3 sizes too small is a huge achievement to some people. 😊😊 - 8 months ago
