My Thoughts On: DISCIPLINE

Discipline is something that grows as you do in fitness. As you learn more and more about fitness and it becomes more and more of your passion, the discipline put into training and nutrition will increase dramatically if you are passionate about your goals

For me, I really had to increase my disciplines when I did my first cut these past few months. I became much more strict on my diet, making my macros almost everyday of very high protein and low carb. I also became more strict on tracking my progress in the gym making sure I wasnโ€™t losing any gains.

Discipline is an aspect of fitness that will translate into your daily life as well. As I learned to be more disciplined about the gym I also learned to be more disciplined about schoolwork. In my opinion, getting disciplined in the gym is easier than in day school or a job. However, after being consistently disciplined in the gym it almost serves as practice for your daily life and before you know it the same amount of discipline is going into your schoolwork or your job. Overall, discipline is one of the many aspects of the gym that can translate into your personal life, so you can make those life gains as well as gym gains๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
