Current plant- protein favourite 😻 it is delicious.. I use protein powder in one meal per day normally my breakfast smoothie. Not because I believe I can’t get enough protein from a plant based diet but because “convenience”. I am not what you would call a morning person so a smoothie for breakfast is quick and easy for me.
Current smoothie recipe:
Protein powder
Banana 🍌
Peanut butter 🥜
Water, almond coconut milk & ice
