Calming drink for when you need to take the edge off, or just wind down for the night. 🌚

Fresh camomile, ginger, rose, Reishi and HeShouWu. 💫
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
5 heads of camomile flowers, or 1 tea bag of camomile tea
1 tbsp @mountainroseherbs rose buds
1 tsp dried ginger
1/2 tsp each @rootandbones Reishi + HeShouWu
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Warm up milk on stove with rose buds, tea bag and dried ginger. On medium low heat, stir for 3-5 min. Strain out herbs from milk and pour into high speed blender with the Reishi/HeShouWu, vanilla and honey. Blend until smooth and frothy ❤️
