Here I am using them to resolve the symptoms of anxiety due to emotional conflicts. (Emotional conflict is the presence of different and opposing emotions relating to a situation that has recently taken place or is in the process of being unfolded.)
This technique is pretty simple after identifying the emotional conflict we go through a series of 7 different coloured lenses while listening to bilateral sounds. We usually repeat this sequence 2-3 times. Once the anxiety symptoms that were caused by the emotional conflict have been resolved we finish with 3 different coloured lenses to help stabilize and register the new emotional state.
