Saturday’s used to mean starting with a “cheat” brunch aka carb and sugar loading with mimosas and waffles 🥂🍾Then, in the midst of my sugar high my cheat meal would turn into a cheat day AND then a cheat weekend 😱 If you ask me, HAPPY is the best body type. Eating that way left me bloated, achy and fluish- I wasn’t happy at all and I felt physically terrible.
