Relaxation is key. I've recently started to learn to truly take time off. I find this difficult - work is always on my mind. However, it's essential to shut down the motors every now and then. The most optimal way to do this, for me, is to go for my morning run and a longer walk later on the day - no phone, all alone. That's "zen" to me. That's my yoga.
