Repost: @blacklotusmother "So someone needs to hear this! I call this emotional intelligence. Truth is a lot of people don’t know how to discuss our mental health struggles when our partner and many of them don’t really know how to support... Since my meeting with @nikkilynette  I have been thinking about how I experienced two ends of the spectrum of partner support... One told me to “go kill my self” the other said, “Jas have you considered therapy? And what can I do to support you.” Postpartum depression is real. Mental health struggles are REAL. If you can’t have compassion you may need therapy too to figure out what happened to you to make you how and who you are?  Let’s y’all! Drop you comments below. I want to hear from you." -------- -------- -------- Many Experiences Eye Can State And Still Be Lost For Spoken Words. But What Eye Will Say, Is Deep Depression Can Take You Places The Body Can't Uphold. It Gets Worst When The Support Isn't There. The Support That Goes Behind A Partner. The Lack Of Family And Friends Support. But What Is More Important Is SELF. Seeking Within And Getting As Much Help Needed Even From A Shared Background Professional. This Eye Am Learning Growing And Doing. Peace.....
