Today @adamsadilek & I held a mini pierogi workshop for our non-Slavic friends πŸ‡­πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡±πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Ύ. They did such a great job I granted them Polish citizenships πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‹.
The dough is pretty simple to make: you just need flour, eggs, and boiling water.
With the filling, you can go totally crazy. Our creative souls made it from chicken, bacon, and a mix of spinach, cream cheese, mozarella, and garlic.
The toughest part was actually forming the pierogi, but we managed πŸ˜€. Then we boiled them, and half of them was additionally fried. With caramelised onion on top, they were ready for the photoshoot 😎
