in skim with and a few which I didn't eat cuz it's extra and that's one thing I'm staying away from. And the kids had some noodles, but I skipped those like always 😆 and had my with and a of to mix it up a bit. If anything,I definitely get full a lot faster now. I have lost a little too, but the scales still my enemy 🙄
