Ringing in FRYDAY with these crispy baked fries and my homemade vegan cheese sauce with sriracha โœจ This is my go-to meal when Iโ€™m craving something savory, filling but also QUICK ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ.
To make the sauce ๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿผ:
Boil 1 cup of diced, peeled yellow potatoes + 1/2 cup of diced carrots until tender. Transfer to a blender. Add 3 tbsp of nutritional yeast, 1/4 cup vegetable oil (make sure it doesnโ€™t have a strong taste), 1 tsp garlic power, 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of veggie stock or plant-based milk (or more if needed). Blend until smooooth and enjoy on EVERYTHING ๐Ÿ’›
