Breakfast/lunch. This is my most calorie dense meal of the day and it keeps me full until 3pm. Two eggs with pulled chicken cooked in, protein bread, sausage round, 1/2 cup of spiced butternut squash, 1/2 tblspoon mayo, 1/2 tblspoon ketchup, and berries. It’s delicious!
