▪ INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate Mousse: 500ml Milk, 50ml Heavy Cream, 25g Cocoa Powder, 25g Starch, 75g Sugar, 150g Dark Chocolate -
Matcha Mousse: 500ml Milk, 50ml Heavy Cream, 25g Matcha Powder, 25g Starch, 75g Sugar, 150g White Chocolate

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix 500ml milk, 50ml heavy cream, 25g cocoa powder, 25g starch and 75g sugar in a glass bowl.
2. Drain through a sieve and when it starts to get thick, add 150g dark chocolate and mix it well.
3. Mix 500ml milk, 50ml heavy cream, 25g matcha powder, 25g starch and 75g sugar in a different glass bowl.
4. Drain it through a sieve and when it starts to get thick, add 150g white chocolate and mix it well.
5. Pour chocolate mousse in a cake mold and pour
matcha mousse on top of it. Let it cool in a refrigerator for more than 4 hours.
