I’m sure we’ve all seen the guy or girl at the gym with baby calves who just bounces up and down when training their calves

If you want them to grow, train them the same way you train every muscle. Use different methods of training, increase the load and make sure you’re using a full range of motion while squeezing as hard as possible at the top of every single rep

If you struggle to grow them. Apply this and start training them with more volume and frequency. Your calves can recover very quickly so you can train them 3-5x a week!
