To be honest, I can’t see myself ever not going back to oatmeal. It’s so warming and soothing and perfect, really.🤗
This batch is stove top quick oats w/ riced cauliflower, @nateralife vanilla protein powder, stevia, cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, black pepper, pink Himalayan salt, unsweetened almond milk, and water (aka one of my favourite based, currently). And then, on top, it has @maranathanutbutters roasted almond butter, unsweetened shredded coconut, and roasted, salted pepitas.🥥🌰❤️
It’s looking to be a bit of an overcast day, so after soaking up the sun yesterday, I’ll probably spend most of today inside.☁️⛅️🌤That’s fine by me, though! Days like this make me appreciate the sun that much more!☀️It’s looking like a day of meal prepping, going on the treadmill, breathing, stretching, and enjoying myself all-around.
