A true example of what really happens in our regular sessions!
I want to take sometime to thank my coaches for the significant improved in my performance that helped me to reach. 5 months ago when I started CrossFit my 1 RM back squat was #175
and I was amazed that time with it however 2 days a go I lifted #275
unfortunately I didn’t tape it in a video. Moreover, 2 weeks ago it was my first chest to bar, now I can make 19 unbroken chest to bar after I was struggling doing jumping pull-ups. I always believed that the best thing in CrossFit that you can recognize the improvement in your performance, however such improvement cannot me achieved without a great coach. I’m too glad that @muhammad_aldeeb
