I miss these post with my Poodles and Starbursts! Tonight the White Lady Cocktail with Esquivel accompanying us this stormy Sunday night! Gin, Egg Whites, Orange Liqueur, and Fresh Lemon Juice! Tasty, refreshing, and just right!
eek! sorry for not posting. i’ve been busy. here’s me in a 1950s cotton party dress from @thewelshbohemian
i like wearing cotton since you’re able to get so many uses out of it without having to worry about staining or ripping the fabric as easily as crepe or rayon gets stained.
i took this picture on my “~vintage~” (meaning ‘50s) grill outside in my backyard. hope this can suffice for the lack of posts. 💙💚💜

And if kitties are more your thing, I’ve also got you covered! 🐱
This one has gone from my wardrobe to the rack and back and forth several times more. It’s just SO good. That huge quilted patch pocket and those waistline pleats!! Tag requests welcome. x
I had a realization today concerning future career. As many of you know, I’m bright eyed about the future and where it will take me. I’m caring for my health and physique more for modeling, but that’s not the only thing I want to do. Already many of you know what I’ve been passionate about for many years now more than modeling ever was to me as the nerdy, giggling, glasses girl that I typically am that wears tartan skirts on the daily with vintage sweaters or cardigans. I realized I cannot do any nude shoots and possibly not even boudoir so as to not risk my future college studies or career. As much as it would’ve been an empowering experience, I need to stick to what I already do and not risk it. I love modeling and I strive to do better every time, but my heart yearns for something else many many years from now since afterall, it’ll take several years to be a professional in the path I desire to pursue in Health Science. To those who do those types of shoots, you’re amazing and keep up the incredible work of showing humanity that all female forms are gorgeous!🥀 -

When the United States got involved in World War II, Astaire—whose age, combined with the fact he had children, exempted him from the draft—lent his support by entertaining at stateside military bases and participating in war bond rallies.
