And yet at this mornings pre fitness Q&A I found out a couple of my participants didn’t really like fruit, 😲🤢🙄 one proclaimed to ‘detest the stuff’ 🤔😳 I am however delighted to say he gave the kiwis 🥝 a go!! Which I salute & respect ✊🏼 I don’t think he liked it very much but none the less went in for a second slice albeit wincing so what can I say...10/10 for giving it a go! 🙌
