I’ll be completely honest with you all. I hate the scale, it does not define you. I take a crap ton of pictures of myself to show my progress. Took yesterday off to let my body rest because I’ve been sick and I was so exhausted, and I’m so glad I did! but no excuses today 🙌
My Sunday consisted of a bomb mexican skillet and one piece of French toast for breakfast, husband smoked chicken legs for dinner 🤤 and laying on the couch and being lazy with my pups🙌 Ready to go full force on staying on track for the last 2 weeks of my program!! P.S details coming soon on my next bootcamp that you get to do with meee💗 meaning I will be doing the same day in the program you are! Super freaking excited to change some more lives😘 the girls in my current bootcamp are killing it and I’m super proud of them🎊

Funny story: I actually became a Hawkeyes fan I would say at age 15 solely because my older brother Ben and his fam bam rooted for them! Never changed my mind since🙌😛

Sorry guys been a little MIA on here. Yesterday was my first day back to work from vacation and I was overwhelmed and on top of that I woke up sick 🤒 so I was definitely glad it was rest day. So this morning I wake up and am laying there contemplating if I should workout with this dam cold I have. Well 🦄 juice is kicking in and I’m doing it. Not because I have to, because I want to. Here’s to hope my sickness gets the f out✌️
