23 weeks pregnant and this is my first bump picture. Just add it to my list of things to feel bad about. I had stopped keeping track of how far along I am and so focused on other things, legit time-consuming things like chasing around a toddler but nevertheless I feel this time is slipping away rapidly. I can’t believe how fast this is going- over halfway there!
• The bump is popping
• Baby girl is kicking!🙌🏼 .
• I have gotten a little more emotional 😬😫😡 .
• nausea is completely gone .
• I still wake up at least 3-4 times a night to pee
. •I have stretching pains feelings like intense period pains .
• Trying to be more active so on off days but I could still sleep all day 😴
• Food cravings: strawberry milk shakes🍓French fries, veggie rolls🍱
• Chicken, yogurt, cheesecake, Frosted Flakes, and anything spicy are STILL on the not eat list 🤮
• How I am getting the nutrients I am lacking is Arbonne products (vegan protein the #1
suggestion from my doctor)
• Update on my face: the blemishes are little to none- FINALLY .
• Prego brain is so a thing .
• the husband swears the emotions are transferrable (he cried with me 😁) .

The second trimester has been kind to me so far. I am definitely more tired than usual and this belly is starting to get in the way but feeling lucky and blessed for this pregnancy so far.
I feel him moving around throughout the day but my husband still hasn’t been able to feel any kicks.Every time he’s kicking consistently and I tell Joe, he stops. It’s like he knows we’re waiting on him. 🤣 I just began my 23rd week. When did your significant other feel those first baby kicks?

5-8 rounds - 15 Reps each exercise 👉🏼Body Squats 👉🏼Side Kick (15 Reps each side) 👉🏼Pulse squats (I love using the resident band for this) 👉🏼Side Lunge 👉🏼Butt lift (remember for squeeze your butt/pelvic) .
