we could figure out. We attempted to begin working out and he wasn’t having it - throwing a tantrum for about 8 minutes. He also wasn’t letting us know what he did want because #toddlerproblems
. All he wanted was dad’s lap. And you know that feeling, when you love that your kid just wants you, but you also just want them to want the other parent for a minute? That’s real life. We’re just getting started with Fitz still only being under two, but we will be the first to admit parenting is hard! It’s the hard times that help you appreciate the giggles, kisses and smiles so much more! 💗
Day two down. Foot has healed and I am back at it again. Kickboxing is no joke people. They don’t lie when they say it’s a full body workout. I’ve definitely found motivation again to get to my weight loss goal.

BURN MORE FAT - EMS training with Charged burns more fat when compared to conventional training methods. In a German study conducted by Bayreuth University participants body fat was reduced by up to 4% in just 6 weeks of EMS training. Women lost on average 1.5cm at the waist & hips and men reduced their waistline by 2.3cm and simultaneously built 1-2cm of muscle in the legs, upper arms and chest.
Further results from the study found:
