30 mins can do more that you think.
This past week I took a break from the #1stphorm #transphormationchallenge
and my #marathon
training because of back issues. To keep my body active, I decided to indulge in #planetfitness
30 min workout section. BOY, do I feel it.
This full body section with cardio in between can work as an AMRAP workout or an EMOM depending on how you approach it. On Monday, I did box jumps onto the cardio platform. Today, I did quick sidestepping.
Sometimes you have to find other ways to work your body without aggravating injuries. This was perfect for me. Make sure you use it correctly too, or you’ll irritate someone who’s going in order you or won’t get the burn you’re looking for.
Here’s to all the Mamas starting their second or third shifts tonight.
The ones getting home from a long day of work with a long night of caring for their families ahead.
The ones finishing the billionth round of drop offs and pick ups.
The ones just starting evening schedules of extracurricular activities.
And most of all, the ones just trying to do their best every day. Yes, I’m looking at all of you!
Mad props 🙌🏻. It’s hard work! Just remember, our littles think we’re perfect...they haven’t figured out yet that we’re all just flying by the seat of our pants 😂.

30 mins! That’s one episode of your favorite show(and let’s face it most adult shows are 45 mins) or 1 episode of your kid’s shows (do you really wanna watch Paw Patrol or Peppa Pig....AGAIN?)
