When you hit a PR at #430lbs
, AND puke after high volume accessories, it’s been an intense leg day. PC: @collinweigert
who hit this for a double right before me. Having somebody stronger than you, yelling behind you is a motivator to give effort you otherwise might withhold. Big progress in the gym, but still more to be made. Happy but never satisfied. You can always be better. Keep pushing. #rc1operator
First time I have done more than 315lbs in over a year. 405lbs was way easier than expected. My overall PR when I was 22 was 450lbs. I’m coming for a new PR and I’m going to get it soon.
