🔹This is the time athletes should be putting in the work to grow! The Preseason period main focus is to increase 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛 and 𝗣𝗢𝗪𝗘𝗥
🔹Preseason training focuses on starting with high volume training, but slowly decreasing volume the closer we get to season.
🔹Intensity of the workouts should start low and slowly increase throughout the preseason period.
🔹 Technique should be gradually increasing during preseason in order to peak during the competition phase.
Here’s a great upper body workout to get the preseason started!
• Bench press 3x12
• Seated cable row 3x12
• Incline push-ups 3x12
• Tricep pull down 3x12 (over hand grip)
• Tricep pull down 3x12 (under hand grip)
• Tricep extensions 3x12 (kettlebell or dumbbell)
• Lateral med ball wall slam 3x12 (both sides)

We had a great time at the GCARA Golf Outing! So great to meet so many of you & see how far you could hit a marshmallow!
Love how breezy + welcoming this lake house porch turned out. We kept with the palette on the inside, but punched up the colors, painted the ceiling + installed a massive sliding door to make it more playful + connect with the rest of the home. I can already see all the great conversation + wine flowing between friends.
You know what they say: “A long bean in the hand, is worth however many this is in the bushel.”
