9 Weeks and 3 Days 📅
Yes, You. You heard me. 9 weeks and 3 days. I must say this pumpkin in my lap is pretty reminiscent of the upcoming Christmas scene with Santa clause at your local mall. That puts us at just under 10 weeks til 2019… or 10 weeks until it will become commonplace again to start drafting our list of resolutions.
While I can’t speak to what resolutions you made in 2018, I can speak to the fact if you hopped on a fad diet this year, statistically the chances are it didn’t work out well for you, and if it did - there’s an uphill battle in sustaining the progress you have made thus far.
The majority of folks out there are just wasting their time playing with keto and bouncing from diet to diet. The main reason is lack of education, but additionally we tend to bounce from diet to diet for several reasons: 🚫Sustainability (or lack there of).
🚫Confidence in our approach (or lack there of).
🚫Progress (lack there of).
🚫Individualization (lack there of).
….Or we feel wrecked for all the aforementioned reasons AND because our diet doesn’t match our training modality.
