Delicious Boneless Chicken - Katong Shopping Centre Basement, 865 Mountbatten Rd, Singapore 437844. A hidden gem in the East to ease ur chicken rice cravings! But be prepare to join the long snaking Q as you walk towards the basement Coffeeshop, and the wait can be approx 45mins to 1 hr during meal time or weekend. A plate of 1 pax chicken rice cost $5 with free flow of self-serving ah-cha. The chicken meat serving is quite huge, the meat are in in chunks and not smashed thinly with the chopper.. I really dislike Hawker smashing those meat. There’s also fried garlic on top of these chicken which adds more flavours to it! We had the steamed white chicken and its so soft and tender, gravy is superb when eat together with the rice and chicken! 1 free bowl of pepper-ish white cabbage soup with every 2 plates and an additional of Lotus Soup for every 4 plates! A BIG THANK YOU for coming to FiSK first Salmon Gravlax masterclass! During the masterclass, participants heard the crushing sound of mustard seeds, smelt the heat activated black peppercorn as Executive Chef Markus explains the reason and procedure. Then he hand-whipped mustard sauce and show them the texture as it should be.
Last but not least, they tasted what they have seen, heard and smelt and it was good😍
