When you visualise, you’ve got to really be specific with what you want. This is something I underestimated in the past 👇🏼
I’ve visualised so many times in the past and not really been specific with what Im visualising. It’s easy to be vague with what your seeing, but being as specific as possible is the key ✅
Let’s use a Supercar for an example... Be as specific as you possibly can... .
Go to the Car Dealerships, Sit in the supercar, get present with every single little detail because it’s the little details that always matter when it comes to visualising your goal... see your hands on that steering wheel and your foot on the accelerator... and absorb as much of it as you possibly can.
I used to struggle with visualising as a teenager as I was pretty vague with what I tried to visualise and struggled to be specific. But it’s like anything, the more you do it and the more practice you have, the mor natural it becomes (a lot like trading in a way). .
As time has gone on, I’ve really focused on the little details and attached as much positive emotion as I can to the feeling of achieving that goal.
So when I sat in this car for the very first time, there was too sides of me:
1. I was super exited to get in it and be present with that goal, it felt incredible to be in the car if visualised for so long.
2. But It also felt normal... it felt as if I’d already achieved it in such an incredible way... because Id previously visualised it so often and been so specific in my mind with the details from constantly looking at online photos of R8s.
Whatever your goals are... whether they’re materialistic or not... be as specific as you possibly can and do everything you can to get into that feeling achieving it... even if you have to fake it a little at the beginning until you begin to believe it for yourself. .
Visualisation is very powerful 👀
