Top right photo. Was about 5 - 6 months later doing a attempt of a lean bulk, same here 2017 at around November.
Bottom left photo: - about 7 - 8 months later In towards the end of my clean eating bulk. Made it too 88 kg.
Bottom right photo: - was taken on the 29/09/2018 last week for my second men’s physique show/competition I did, shredded down too 74kg for it.
My personal transformation never stops and I’ll always continue to grow and evolve.
Currently planning out my next goal of a calculated callerie intake bulk of 4,500 calleries a day to reach 110 kg by the near for 2019 shreds for the new lot of competition’s I’ll be entering in for 2019. Out side of the gym life I have other goals setting into place for traveling here and there, my schooling and preparation’s for my diploma to be starting ASAP as soon as my certificates are complete, work opportunities are all coming together also so that’s all well and good!. I like to have constant goals being set well in advance prior before I even begin them, it keeps me moving and keeps me on a constant roll non stop getting shit done. I have no regrets of anything that way, my only regret is I wish I had this mantality sooner then I did. But at least I worked it out eventually 👍😋

Figured it’d be an easy way to get them extra nutrients to pack on this mass!!!
