Dit is eentje voor de fijnproevers: Chocolade & Bananencake! #TEAMBULK #BULKPOWDERS Ingrediënten: - 3 scoops Ultrafijne schotse haver - 1 scoop Pure Whey Protein (chocolade) - 1 scoop Stevia (aanpassen naar jouw smaak) - 1 grote rijpe banaan of 2 kleine bananen - 100g pure chocolade chips - 2 Eidooiers - 2 Opgeklopte eiwitten - 1 tl Vanille-extract - 0,5 zakje Gist Meng alle droge ingrediënten met de panaan, prak dit tot het een consistent mengsel is. Voeg wat haver toe als het te vloeibaar is, voeg wat plantaardige melk toe als het te droog is. Voeg nu de eidooiers en het vanilleextract toe. Voeg als laatste voorzichtig de opgeklopte eiwitten toe aan de mix en de chocolate chips. Doe dit in een kleine bakvorm en bak 15-20 minuten op 180 graden. Als je erin prikt met een breinaald of mes, en deze komt er schoon uit, dan is je cake gaar.

When you’re Christmas shopping but “accidentally” end up at @bulkpowders_uk and order some extra protein. Cannot wait for Christmas. Love this time of year with the family. My food choices do become lax, my training will be less frequent, it’s cool, I’ll make up for it. You’ve got to decide where you fall when it comes to eating and training over Christmas. If you can take a break and chill out that’s great, you can pick up where you left off come January and move on. I can’t stop completely, it’s a little bit of my mind set and my body. Ultimately if you’re going to regret eating everything in sight come January then don’t go crazy. But also remember it’s Christmas. Enjoy it!

At the peak of my last bulk I reached 216lbs in weight and while I was strong and gained a lot of muscle mass, I also got very fat😅. I had to spend the majority of this year cutting (dropped to 184 for a total loss of 32lbs). In doing this I lost a lot of the muscle I gained during the bulk and didn't really progress much strength wise. This year I've decided to take the lean bulk approach. While it's slower, I am definitely starting to see that it's the superior method out of the two.
