Test your raptor identification skills with a round of “Who’s that baby?”! Can you guess the species of these little ones? Bonus: How many males and females are there? #theraptorcenter#babyseason#babyraptors
Mothers are incredibly devoted. This dedicated peregrine mother, almost completely buried in snow, protected and incubated her eggs through a blizzard in Green Bay, WI. By occasionally moving from side to side in a somewhat circular motion, she was able to create a cave of sorts to help her and her eggs get through the snowstorm. Almost two weeks later, the eggs began to hatch thanks to this mother’s care and perseverance. If you would like to honor YOUR mom this Mother’s Day, make a gift to our baby shower fundraiser. Your donation will support young raptors in our care. Make your gift today! Link in bio. Looking for something to do? Moms get in FREE at The Raptor Center on Sunday, May 13 from noon to 4pm!
