Balance deodorant is another product that was released at this years convention. I have used is for about a week and I am loving it! Regular over the counter antiperspirants and deodorants have some nasty chemicals in them like aluminum and parabens which are both disrupt hormones. There are anywhere from 20-30 lymph-nodes under your arms ,and when you apply the chemical filled deodorants you are sending these toxic directly into your lymph system which travels to the blood stream. Do yourself a favor and switch to an organic deodorant without these chemicals.

con una super receta italianini en versión ultra fiiit, como no podía ser de otro modo:
FRITTATA DE BROCOLI♥️
🔽150ml de claras
🔽200g de brócoli
🔽80g de cherrys
🔽20g de queso proteinico @eatlean_es
🔽50g de queso rallado emmental
Se cocinan la cebolla y el brócoli (muy picados) previamente en una sartén despacito, y se baten mientras las claras, el huevo, especias al gusto y sal en un recipiente para horno. Cuando las verduras están casi del todo hechas, se unen a la mezcla líquida, y se mete al horno (precalentado mientras has hecho lo anterior) 25', y antes de meterlo otros últimos 5' se añade al queso y orégano por encima.
La frittata es prácticamente una especie de tortilla cocinada lentamente al horno, así que son muchísimas las variedades que se pueden hacer... Échale lo que quieras!!!

todays lunch: baby spinach, chicken, asparagus, green beans, cauliflower, pine nuts & shaved cheese with olive oil, garlic, pepper & salt 🌿✨ INGREDIENTS:
- 200g chicken breast (Chopped in to bite size pieces)
- 1/2 cup of baby spinach
- half a bunch of asparagus
- 1/2 cup green beans
- 1 floret of cauliflower
- 1/8 cup of pine nuts
- 1 tbsp shaved cheese (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic
- salt & pepper (to taste)
1. In a frying pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil, garlic and chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add the cauliflower, beans, asparagus and pine nuts and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Remove everything from the heat.
4. In a bowl, add the baby spinach and shaved cheese. Then add the chicken, beans, asparagus, cauliflower & pine nuts.
5. Season, Serve & Enjoy 😊 ✨
this might seem like a large meal for lunch but I must point out that I ate this prior to working a shift from 5pm-10pm so technically it is my lunch/dinner. When I finish work I eat some fruit or another snack before I start winding down! ✨🌿

Being on a calorie deficit doesn’t = missing out on fun things in life.
This was my dish for this week’s company Team Lunch:.
1. Konjac noodles (self brought).
2. Marinara sauce (from the restaurant).
3. Garlic prawns (self brought).
4. Roasted potatoes (from the restaurant).
And voila! A tasty dish that still fits in my daily macro numbers! Honestly all it takes is a little bit of creativity and some planning ahead. It doesn’t have to be all or nothing my #fitfam
Post show days are hard for me. Always have been. Navigating the highs and lows comes with some challenges. And I always embrace the opportunity to drop in to myself and explore those spaces in between, to feel the calm after the storms and find balance in the two extremes. Self care for me at these times means eating good food, connecting with the world around me in person (not through social media), spending time with loved ones and reminding myself that life is a continuum, forever spiraling upwards and around in its own time. I dance with my highs and lows, joys and sadness. They are all me. And I love them all the best I can. Even the parts no one else claps for. Especially those parts. Today was a good day. Because I took the time I needed to balance. I’m curious how other artists navigate their own highs and lows...what does your self care and balance look like these days? Some days the only option to deal with the "what the????" of the hour is to slide into my favorite slippers, surround myself by a metric ton of books, and drift away on a good storyline. When the urge strikes, I go with it.
I had the delight of reading A.A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh as a young adult during a pretty challenging time of my life. I vividly remember the part of the tale when Pooh had wedged the roundest part of himself tightly in the entrance to Rabbit's house after indulging in a bit too much honey (been there, done that ;) ). He learned that he would have to wait for quite some time until he lost a sufficient amount of his middle section to be able to wriggle his way back out of his unfortunate circumstance.
Pooh responded by saying, "Then would you read a Sustaining Book, such as would help and comfort a Wedged Bear in Great Tightness?" I sat there nodding with emphatic agreement at that idea. Yes, I figured a Sustaining Book could help make almost any unpleasant situation a bit better.
So, as I surround myself today with a metric ton of books and my Pooh Bear slippers, exercising as much self-care as I can to get through the "what the????" of my day (an unfortunately timed diagnosis of pneumonia), I'm remembering that we can often find something pleasant to balance out the unpleasant when we need to.

It has been a great week hitting new PR’s. Sumo dead deadlift jumped from 405 to 495. Regular deadlift jumped from 405 to 470. Back squat went up 20 from 365 to 385. Failed at 405 but I’ll get it in couple of weeks. 💪🏽 #betterthanyesterday

Truth is—> we all have the EXACT amount of time in our day!.
How we choose to utilize that time is up to us!.
If I choose not to utilize my planner for homeschool, I will fail at this task. It is a tool for success 🖊📖.
Same concept applies when I have a commitment to create a meal plan, workout, grocery shop and participate in ALL areas of my life that I’ve made a commitment to. For myself and those people.
BUT! Even though I plan out my days..time actually still gets away from me! And I KNOW I am not alone in that!.
I even use my phone for a timer on things and that has helped..but not corrected the issue 😖.
Lately, I’ve still been accomplishing tasks and winning my day but losing sleep due to losing track of “time allotted” for a task. Which SUCKS!.
So instead of whining and complaining that “I don’t have time!” 🤨 I am choosing to look at myself and my schedule. ⏰💡.
Checking out the ways I manage my time, making adjustments to the schedule AND creating more balance!.
