I have issues with my right shoulder/hip/whole right side; trying to go back to basics and retrain my brain to true BALANCE and be center. I carry my stress and anxiety all in my hip and shoulder. Learning to let go and be free. Mentally and emotionally. ☯️ easier said than done. That’s life. ☮️ i think more meditation as well

1/4-1/2 chopped organic green apple I love golden delicious 😋 🍏 -
1tsp of Dijon mustard, 1-2 containers of the plain @chobani
Greek yogurts, red pepper flakes, handful of walnuts, I also add chopped peppers 🌶 & I mix that all together to give meeeee this yummy chicken salad! -
Depending on how much chicken I have will determine how many servings this will provide me with but this is one of the easiest lunches or dinners to prepare & it is packed with protein & guilt free! -

Fasting isn't advised for people under heavy stress due to lifestyle/health factors. Fasts are best done during periods of rest (weekends/holiday) when our energy expenditure is likely to be lower. When considering fasting, the type of fast we do should be determined by our goal.
For powerful detoxing, a 5 day water fast (no food) should be considered. The length is important because toxins will be released from bodily tissues into the bloodstream and peak around the 72 hour mark - we must push past this point to ensure that everything is cleared before we break the fast, the exact time of this critical stage can vary slightly depending on the amount of toxins a person is carrying.
A juice fast of the same length or longer will have a similar detoxing effect but to a lesser degree, although there are still other benefits of juice fasting including fat loss. While fat loss will occur during long water fasts, they shouldn't be done too often. I do 5 day water fasts a few times each year for detoxing. Follow my bro @coupe_dc

For fat loss, intermittent fasting is an effective choice that can be repeated much more frequently than a 5 day water fast. You can safely do intermittent fasting daily, every other day or once/twice weekly for an extended period.
Intermittent fasting involves eating all meals in a set window, say 8 hours and fasting for the rest of the day (16 hours) - again, the timing here is important.
Your body is in the fed state when it is digesting and absorbing food. Typically, the fed state starts when you begin eating and lasts for three to five hours as your body digests and absorbs the food you just ate. When you are in the fed state, it's very hard for your body to burn fat because your insulin levels are high.

“Discombobulated” was the only word I could come up with during the blood rush of standing up so fast. I’m working mostly with lowering my head, and during one of the more successful attempts I wound up looking forward at the upside-down world behind me. Suddenly my focus was in another perspective and my awareness of what movement translated into what sent me trying to walk forward but without feeling like somersaulting forward or falling back. It was an odd sensation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Cuando era pequeña y en educación física me pedían que aprendiese a hacer el pino, me iba a la playa, y sin miedo a que al caer me pudiese hacer daño lo probaba y salía de allí relajada por estar cerca del mar y contenta con el pino aprendido. Ahora no es para educación física, es para yoga, y yo muy feliz de ver que algunas cosas no cambian, y que la playa me sigue dando esa serenidad y concentración para que en poco menos de 15 minutos aprenda a hacerlo (en clase de yoga no era capaz ni de levantar un solo pie!) Todavía me queda mucho por mejorar, pero a veces nos agarramos a clases de aquí y allá cuando realmente lo que necesitamos es cambiar las limitaciones que nos inventamos y recuperar la niña que no tiene miedo a caer y volver a intentarlo hasta que lo consigue. Y esto se aplica a todo, a cada momento y cada reto.

I love these 1 legged or figure 4 or not sure what you call them squats. I throw some weight on them and usually do 3x 10 mixed with a superset of Kettlebell dead lifts and kettel bell side lunges. This was at the end of my workout today so Imma little shaky. But the stretch this move also gives is so delicious. I mix these into my workouts as often as I can.
What she order— fish fillet🐟🐠 I’m a “dirty vegetarian”, y’all. What is that, you ask? I’m vegetarian 98.5% of the time... but sometimes my body is CRAVING fish. And I mean, the type of craving where I feel nauseous and weak. So rather than say “no, I’m a vegetarian”, I choose to listen to my body☝🏼 And you know what, sometimes I just really want a piece of fish and that is F I N E🙃
The difference in starving your muscles and feeding them! On the left I was calorie and protein depleted, working out 1-2 hours a day. The right is now, eating to fuel my body.. enjoying what I’m eating and working out 30-60 minutes a day. To all of my gals out there trying to get in shape: STOP depriving yourself of food!
