We can only achieve our goals by changing our behaviours and habits First set out your goal, second decide what changes you need to make to your life to achieve these - focus on just 2-3 at a time, third consistency is key. Anyone can change a habit/behaviour once but can you perform that behaviour repeatedly?
I know it's not something we want to hear but it takes hard work and commitment to achieve changes to your health and body image. Set yourself realistic goals, a realistic time frame, put in the work consistently and you will reap the benefits.
An amazing body transformation from one of my lovely clients who did exactly this. She sure did get beach ready!
