Another session done. Spent about a week not training last week at a conference and I'm a little soft but it feels so good to have had a forced deload. Hip is feeling a little better too
Let the lean bulk begin! 🦍 It’s time to take my body to a whole new level and put on some size. I’m excited to see the progress I can make in these next few months with putting on muscle and increasing my strength. Bring on the PRs and more importantly, bring on the food!
