It took me until my 30’s to truly feel INCREDIBLE in my body. Here’s why....
Yeah, I would be THIN.... but I starved myself to get there. I was on a ROLLERCOASTER of DIETS and would eventually think I just had to eat less.
OR I was in INCREDIBLE SHAPE and to the outside looked “perfect”. I had created the ILLUSION of HEALTH. Inside I felt awful. I had NO Energy, was killing myself at the gym and eventually it caused SENSITIVITIES to certain FOODS.
Fast forward to now and it’s completely different. When we stop focusing on PERFECTION or TAKING AWAY from ourselves, we can find a healthy balance.
Nutrition, Flexibility, Intuition, Self-Care, Self-Love

74 days until the end of the year and though I am far from perfect, my goals will not waiver. My goal is to end this year the healthiest one yet!
So I had this epiphany this morning...lol. Sad I know. But, I have no intention of ever becoming vegan or vegetarian due to the fact that I love to try a little bit of everything! And I was trying to decided how I could incorporate healthier eating without it being a fad diet or some crazy lifestyle change. Then it hit me, no more processed food. No more bagged items, no more diet beverages, no more chewing gum, no more sugary coffee creamer but YES to homemade nut milks, YES to fruit and vegetables, YES to nutritious grains, YES to homemade pasta sauces, Yes to the GOOD STUFF! .
What are your goals for ending this year stong?! PS. If any of you know me, giving up chewing gum is going to be a God sent...haha But....not only do I want to exclude it because of the aspertine but there is money to be saved! Who doesn't want a little more cash flow? Stop buying junk and buy things that are life giving. <3
