I did the Super and Sprint this weekend, and only failed 2 obstacles out of 47 so I’m pretty happy with that! Completed the rain soaked monkey bars twice, something some elite men struggled with. 🦁👍🏽👍🏽

Carriers are one of my race weaknesses and something I’m constantly working on. They slow me down a lot and keep me from maintaining a good pace. .
With the new buckets at Spartan Race, being able to turn them upside down helps, because then the sharp edge on the bottom isn’t cutting into my hands. Also I use the front of my Clinch Gear shorts as a lip to place the edge of the bucket on to help maintain my grip and take a little pressure off the arms. Every little bit helps!

Change from the norm this weekend. Instead of a super competitive OCR, I did a fun local 5K. Pushed myself and ended finishing better than I thought I would despite my lack of training.
Was fun hanging out with everyone after, sharing our success stories, and even seeing people do their first race. Helps keep me grounded and I like sharing those moments with friends and other racers. .
What did you do this weekend???
Ran the local Yuengling 5K this morning. Had a pretty good pace, but that last incline really slowed me down.
I haven’t competed in a road race since April, and my training has been slow with my IT band issues. So I felt very slow and heavy. .
Ended up finishing in 24:25 39th in my Age Group out of 244 runners. I should be happy with my time but I am definitely my own worst critic. Gonna get back to run training. No finisher medals, but I got something better: BANANAS!!! 🍌 .

It goes without saying that Chris was over in the WWE from the start. However, what many people don't know is that when Ed Ferrera and myself wrote our last WWE show, which was delivered to Vince before we made the decision to go to WCW, we had Jericho defeating The Rock in the middle 1-2-3 which and I felt would have almost immediately brought Jericho to a new level, without hurting The Rock in doing the job.
Unfortunately, once we said our goodbyes to Vince, the finish of the match was changed and Rock beat Chris Jericho. From there, I felt that it took the WWE much longer to get Jericho to that next level - compared to if he would have beaten Rock that night. - #VinceRusso

Imma keep it a stack with y’all, this is the first day in a while where I wasn’t smiling or laughing as much as I’m known for. I had nothing but bad news happen today and evil spirits that only few really see consume me and reverted me back to a side I never thought would return. Even with wrists issues and yes, BOTH wrists, I’ve been cooking in the lab too hard 😂, I fought those evil spirits in the gym with the help of @mr.makeshxthappen

on delts and traps. I’m gonna be in the gym less until I heal up fully (2x a week to maintain strength) but it’ll provide me more time to focus on studies and personal goals. The Mission Is Too Great 🙏🏼. SN: It was the first time I did the jumping pushups with the ropes.
