Vanilla Caramel Banana Protein Oat Muffins 😍😍
: These are seriously so yummy right out of the oven and a great macro friendly snack or side with your morning eggs. ⬇️.
Sugar, flour, and oil free desserts are not the best, but I was pleasantly surprised how well these turned out. The recipe is SO easy too. You will need a blender, a muffin tin, and, of course, the ingredients.
- 1 scoop @bpi_sports
whey HD (vanilla carmel)
- 3 medium bananas (350 g)
- 1.5 cups of oats
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon - 2 packets of stevia
- 1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar free syrup
Pre-heat the oven to 350°. Get out a blender. Blend ALL the ingredients together. Pour equal amounts into the muffin tray. Cook for 20 - 25 minutes! Yeilds 12 muffins.
Macros: 14 C/ 2 F / 5 P per muffin
