(later than anticipated cause dumbass over here didn’t prep ENOUGH food last night .. 🤦🏼♀️) nonetheless, got it done and boy was it vomit worthy ... rest time was minimal to non-existant 😂 high reps 🤢 and lots and lots of sweaty gasps of air and 3rd degree internal muscle burns 😂💪🏽
No time for half measures now, 10.5 weeks may seem a long time but it is gonna be here sooner than we know, time to get SHREDDED! 😈
