60 minutes of endurance work with ALL the machines... Only a 2 minute rest.

150m run. 12 CAL on bike. 150 m on runner. 220m on row. 12 burpees.

If you’re not a fan of BURPEES then consider yourself lucky that you didn’t have to do these shuffle slam burpees. There’s a 20lbs dynamax ball on the other end. Today’s 25 days of Fitmas was burpees so I added some extra challenge to my burpees this morning. Today was one of those days I could have spent all day in the gym...
