progress is gradual. but it is real. it’s made up of small daily decisions. to do better and to be better for yourself. you don’t need a fancy gym or the perfect diet, you just need to commit and start.
when i have a few days away from the gym a lot of times i like to go in at night in an empty studio like this and just work on a small circuit. it’s not the hardest workout session, but it’s something small i can accomplish that makes me feel better mentally and physically.

i broke it up into 2 circuits.
1️⃣ 1 minute squat to shoulder raise with medicine ball
2️⃣ 30 seconds of burpees
3️⃣ 10 each arm shoulder raises 🔁 repeat for a total of 3 times
1 minute rest in between sets.
1️⃣ 60 seconds of toe taps on a bosu ball
2️⃣ 30 seconds skiers
3️⃣ 30 seconds of pulse squats. this will burnnnnn. 🔁 repeat for a total of 3 times
