Blackberry Chia Pudding 💜. Mix 30g of @thechiaco chia seeds with 200g of crushed blackberries, add @rowsehoneyuk honey (to your liking) & 50ml of @bluediamonduk almond milk & leave covered in the fridge overnight. I like to take mine out of the fridge ½ hr before eating as I think it makes the fruit chia even tastier but you don’t have to do this. Fold in some Greek yoghurt & top with what ever you fancy. Goodmorning peeps, Scrolling through my shots when I past this one. A bowl filled with all nature goods. Berries chia pudding with fresh blueberbs and cherries, coconut yoghurt, chocolate granola, and hazelnut butter. This bowl was made when berries where still in season. I was so glad I putted lots of berries in the freezer, so I could make berrie season a little bit longer. Last week I used up my last blueberbs, but luckily I still have some cherries and raspberries left. Cause home grown berries are so much better and free of any pesticides. 🍒 I'm still resting, in my cozy fluffy pj's, watching Netflix, and thinking about what to make first when I can get back in my kitchen. La ricetta base è 🌱2 cucchiai di semi di chia 🌱125ml di latte vegetale Mescolarlo ogni 2 minuti, in modo che man mano che i semi rilasciano il gel si formi un budino uniforme. Lasciarlo riposare. Røres godt de første par minutter og stilles på køl i ca 45 min. Moden mango blendes med kokos og et par dråber limesaft. Havregryn og kokos ristes på panden til det er gyldent. Ich hatte euch vor einer Weile erzählt, dass ich mich die letzten Wochen immer wieder mit intuitiven und achtsamen Essen auseinandersetzte. Was bedeutet intuitives Essen eigentlich genau? Es steht für den engen Austausch mit deinem Körper. Du gibst ihm, was er gerade braucht und was gut für ihn ist und lernst auf seine Bedürfnisse zu hören. Diäten, Ernährungsumstellung, Verzicht sind sinnlos und kontraproduktiv. ✨ Ich habe dazu schon einiges gelesen, aber mich dann doch wieder von anderen Dingen ablenken lassen. Deshalb habe ich mir vorgenommen für diese Woche den Fokus neu setzen und das Thema wieder aufzugreifen. Dafür habe ich mir zwei Wochenaufgaben gestellt, über die ich mehr reflektieren möchte. 🎈Aufgabe 1: Lerne die bewussten Glaubenssätze deiner Ernährung kennen. Hier geht es darum alle Annahmen, Myten, Zusammenhänge, die ich über meine Ernährung glaube oder nicht glaube zu notieren und herauszufinden, auf welche Lebensmittel man bewusst verzichtet und die Gründe dafür zu hinterfragen. 🎈Aufgabe 2: Die unbewussten Glaubenssätze über Ernährung herausfinden. Das ist ganz besonders spannend: Hier geht es darum, Lebensmittel zu notieren, auf die ich in bestimmten Situationen verzichte und dies solange zu hinterfragen bis der wahre Grund dafür gefunden ist. Auf geht’s also in eine neue Woche der Selbstreflektion. Jetzt wird aber erst mal in Ruhe der Chia-Pudding ausgelöffelt und dann kann losgelegt werden! CREAMY CHÍA PUDDING WITH RASPBERRIES . Hola amores!! Hoy es uno de esos días que no me da tiempo a nada, con prisas de un lado para otro pero aún así, ya sabéis que siempre debemos estar pendiente de cuidar nuestra alimentación para favorecer lo mejor a la salud. Hay cantidad de opciones disponibles, rápidas y saludables. Hoy escogí algo rápido y sencillo pero cargado de nutrientes esenciales que aportan grandes beneficios sobre el organismo como son las semillas de chía y las frambuesas, y que a su vez la combinación está exquisita. Sé que no es de las mejores fotos que podréis encontrar pero aún así he querido compartir con vosotros porque estoy muy contenta con el resultado final, tanto con el sabor como con la textura y creo que os va a gustar mucho esta receta. Solo por ello realmente vale la pena 😊 Su preparación es súper sencilla y queda delicioso: . INGREDIENTES: - ½ taza de semillas de chía @aldi.es - 300ml de leche de arroz @joyaworld - 1cda de harina integral de avena sabor vainilla @midlands_natural_sportfood - 1 granada - 200g de frambuesa PREPARACIÓN: - Calentar la leche con la harina de avena y remover con una barrilla hasta que espese - Retirar del fuego antes de que llegue a ebullición. - Añadir las semillas de chía, remover bien y dejar reposar unos segundos. ( Sólo lleva 5min y si os gusta frío lo podéis preparar la noche anterior y dejar en el frigorífico así por la mañana está listo y sólo tenéis que añadir la fruta ) • colocación: - Aplastar las frambuesas con un tenedor y colocar en el fondo de un frasco de vidrio ( apartar unas 10-12 para la decoración final). - A continuación, añadir el puding cremoso. - Y por último, añadir las demás frambuesas y granada LISTO!! Well I guess I’m on vacation now! School is still closed because of the air quality so I don’t have work...the only catch being that I’m still stuck indoors regardless. I experimented with a 30 minute walk today and, while it was nice to get out, I’m still feeling the effects in my lungs and stomach 5 hours later, so being outside is pretty much out of the question. But there’s something kinda freeing about having no viable options aside from staying home as much as possible; I just have to make it work. I would never normally spend time off hanging around and doing nothing, so it’s an opportunity to have a different sort of week and let myself see it as vacation instead of being “stuck”. And my roommates are all in the same boat so I’m not completely isolated either.
