Throw together in a pan on a low-medium heat some carrot, onion, garlic, capsicum, zucchini noodles and meat. Cook for 5-7mins and then add broccoli rice (I blend broccoli in the blender to make mine). Add some dukkah, chilli flakes, S&P and stir on a low heat for 1-2min. Serve and mix through some roasted peanuts 🙌🏽😋
