I always get introspective this time of year putting thoughts out about the future while taking inventory of what I’ve done in the year. 🤔Being fairly active on IG has produced A TON of photos in 2018. It’s fun to review all these moments. I enjoy being able to remember where I was, how the environment was, what I was thinking, what I was doing, what I had accomplished. , AND I crushed my workout today.....today was not my most Optimal day for health, but I own it & dont regret it. No goal should ever be to be "perfect"; it should be to love the journey & just taking it day by day and doing what you can to make healthy & active choices and if you have a "bad" day, own it, dont regret it, and MOVE ON!! It is YOU VS YOU, no one else so who gives a shit what anyone else is doing. Focus on you and enjoy the hell out of this journey 😘✌💕
Pretty awesome what a difference 12 months can make. I set out with a goal this year...to add size. And that has been a complete mental game as I’ve worked on bulking.
I’ve struggled with my weight for, well basically as long as I can remember. But to gain mass you have to eat more, which leads to the number on the scale going up. Which leads to all those years of battling with my weight, feeling insecure, hating my body, man, the lists goes on for days. But today I tested my body fat, it’s only up 2% from where I was at in January.
It’s still hard to step on the scale and see the number higher than what my mind thinks it should say. But at the end of the day, that one number doesn’t define me or the person I’ve become.
No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey, remember that. That number is only data that we can use to see if what we’re doing is or isn’t working.

Rollouts are a great ab/core exercise, but I like to make things more difficult like @nicknilsson1.
I believe the more challenging it is, the more result producing it is. if you don't think this looks difficult I dare you to try barbell rollouts with 135 lb. Although somehow I wouldn't be surprised if Nick Nilsson could do this with 185 or even 225.
