Why, everyone has their own reasons but mine is this. I've worked my body and my mind hard in practice, my nervous system has been put under some strain. I've been holding onto and moving my body in a way that it should be happy with but old bad posture habits has made it feel unnatural to bend that way, to hold certain postures or to even breathe deeply. So now the work is done and its a little rest, a pat on the back and saying ok body you did ok, lets see what pose will help us heal next time. #onebreathatatime
