Internationally acclaimed Taiwanese restaurant, Din Tai Fung, ushers in the Year of the Earth Pig with their perennial festive favourites, Din Tai Fung’s signature [Prosperity Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng 发财鱼生] and festive specials including its Lunar New Year Edition [Taiwan Pineapple Cakes 农历新年春節限量版台湾凤梨酥].
What better way to kickstart an exuberant Lunar New Year then indulging in a classic serving of Yu Sheng. 😋
Refreshing, light, and fragrant, the dish is served with twirls of white radish; carrots; and crispy yam strips for that satisfying crunch; and fresh pomelo pulp that adds a burst of flavour.
This dish is then topped off with Norwegian smoked salmon and drizzled with Din Tai Fung’s house-made sweet and tangy plum sauce.
