NECK & SHOULDER PAIN? TRY IMPROVING YOUR SHOULDER HEALTH!
I would say 90% of the clients I come across nowadays have neck and shoulder pains because they don’t even know how to have a good posture, or how to engage their posterior chains in order to have a good posture. You gotta learn how to use those shoulder blades, and also how to position them properly! Try this quick drill daily. .
Find a wall, or you can use the floor, or on a yoga exercise ball. Engage your shoulder blades and bring your shoulders and arms through Y’s, T’s, and W’s with a reach! 20 reps each. 60 Reps total. Let me know how they work out for ya. .
